A total of 32 cadets were awarded NCC ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificates during the ceremony. Principal GDC Kargil Prof. Disket Angmo graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Lt. Dr. Murtaza Ali ANO/Director Sports, University of Ladakh, attended as the Guest of Honour. The event was also attended by Programme Officer NSS Syed Mustafa Kamal,CTO NCC GDC Kargil Syed Ali Mosavi. Director Sports GDC Kargil Mustafa Ali and faculty members of the college.
The event highlighted the achievements and dedication of NCC cadets and emphasized the importance of discipline, leadership, and national service among youth. Principal, Prof. Disket Angmo, addressed the cadets and congratulated them on successfully receiving the NCC ‘C’ Certificates. She appreciated their hard work, discipline, and dedication towards NCC activities.
Syed Mustafa Kamal Programme Officer NSS highlighted the rules and regulations of NCC and emphasized the importance of discipline and commitment among cadets.
Lt. Dr. Murtaza Ali, ANO and Director of Sports, University of Ladakh delivered a detailed speech on the achievements of NCC cadets of GDC Kargil. He proudly mentioned that the cadets have been honoured with prestigious awards such as the Raksha Mantri Padak and DG Commendation. He also appreciated the active participation of cadets in social service and community development activities, showcasing their commitment towards society.
