As part of the ongoing PM-USHA Bridge Course at Government Degree College Kargil, students were given an orientation to the Sectoral Skill Centre, where various skill-based courses offered under the Skill India Mission and the Ladakh Skill Development Mission were showcased. The students interacted with skill instructors and gained valuable insights into courses such as Graphic Design, Guest Service Associate, Yoga, Assistant Beauty Therapist & Makeup Artist, and Hand Embroidery. The session highlighted the significance of skill development, entrepreneurship, and employability in today’s rapidly evolving job market.
Participants also had an interactive session with members of the College Student Council.
