The program started with AP Sabah Sharif , convenor of GSCASH addressing the audience about what GSCASH is and how it functions .
Advocate Ms Zarina Bano from district legal service authority spoke at length about women's rights and issues faced by women at workplace and educational institutions. AP Spalzes of Department of Sociology along with two of her students spoke about the rights of a girl child and issues related to gender and role of women in society . It was followed by the unveiling of posters made by the GSCASH, GDC Kargil . The program was attended by College Principal Prof. Disket Angmo along with all faculty members.More than 100 students participated in the program .The event ended with a vote of thanks given by AP Sabah Sharif . Mohd Tawheed student of 5th semester conducted the proceedings of the program.
